Red - its a first

Years ago ( about 10) we used to grow tomatoes outdoors and only ever got green ones.

This year my plants (bought from the garden cente) were planted in the greenhouse in large pots. I moved them outside at the beginning of Augsut hoping it would rain while we were away for a week. When we got back I could not face putting them back in the greenhouse and having to start all that watering again so left them outside to the mercies of the weather.

I don't know if it was that initial period in the greenhouse but I have never had so many red tomatoes.
