The big re-build.......

At last I have managed to get a blip of this building.. I often drive past it in the centre of town and am amazed at its existence .

It is a classic example of the 'new Christchurch'. Before the EQs there was only a small building on this site. , it was demolished and this huge one is now being rebuilt there. It is a massive thing , I have watched all year as they have firstly put very deep foundations metres down in the ground and then floors of huge steel structures.... It is a very architectural interesting design.

Today there was a guy way up the top in his bright orange safety gear working away and he highlighted how big the building is.
