US two..

I arrived home tonight to a lovely thank you from my two American friends, Valerie and Mark who had rode around Lake Tahoe for charity, the guys managed to raise a tremendous amount of money for blood cancer research. Well done you two!

My thought tonight is this... With so many charities from the NSPCC to Cancer Research to WWF to WaterAid to thousands of other brilliant causes, which one do you support? Or do you say charity begins at home?

My feeling is that one day you just might need the help a charity can give, if you can give something before you hold your hand out if ever that time comes it will be easier to accept. It doesn't have to be much.
