Matryoshka dolls

Nothing exciting to blip today. I was at work all day. It's a foggy, rainy day so I drove past my friends house on the way home and drive her over to my new house for a glass of wine and catch up. She's going on holiday to New York so now I am very jealous!

I am still unpacking boxes and keep finding things that I forgot that I had. I just found these Russian dolls that I bought on our honeymoon in St Petersburg. I chose this set because I love the colour green and the woman has red hair and blue eyes like me. I love Russian dolls and since everyone knows this, I keep getting more and more Russian doll gifts from friends and relatives. I have Russian doll cushions, mugs, salt and pepper shakers, tea towels, glasses.........the list goes on and on.

I hope the weather is better tomorrow so I can go out and take some photos outdoors. I've been so busy at my new job and new house that it's been a week of indoor blips unfortunately! Thankfully it's now the weekend :)
