Community Duck Dinner, Ataahua Domain

I'm back blipping this morning as last night ended up being a bit of a late one, as me and Mrs H caught up with our neighbours down at the hall at the Ataahua domain.

Our neighbour, one of the local Red Cross group stalwarts, decided there was a great opportunity to unload some of the ducks in her freezer by doing a fundraising dinner. I guess this is the result of having two prolific duck shooters in her household!

A good night was had by all, and it was great to catch up with some people we haven't seen for a while. I got a lot of nice comments on my Aurora and Milky Way shot which people had seen in the newspaper. It seems I am famous in the district...!
