A nice spot of quiet prettiness in the garden, amid much doings.

Our first guests arrived today, though tenants would be more correct as we're letting out one unit for 6 months.  This involved a certain amount of bed-shuffling.

It's dawned on us that we've ended up with one bed more than expected - seems the previous owners left us one where we expected a hole.  that'll be interesting next week when the lorry of beds arrives.

Cleared quite a lot of garden overgrowth and waste timber from the garage / shed and had an impressive bonfire.  I did take the opportunity to walk round earlier today and say 'hello' to some of our new neighbours as it seemed Bad Form for first meeting to be an annoyed shout over the hedge.
