Meadow Pipit

Backblip 2 from the Lleyn Peninsular.

Another day of beautiful sunshine! Mum and I did a tour of some of the coastal spots on the Peninsular. She can't get around very well so tried to find accessible beaches, not an easy task!

We spent the afternoon on Aberdaron beach which has a ramp which was brilliant. We had ice cream while sitting on the sand and I had a paddle. It was wonderful for people watching, my favourite was a man paddling while wearing a rubber ring round his head as a sun hat. He was almost my blip but the meadow pipit won, as an insect eater it was probably eying the flies.

The heather and gorse was so beautiful everywhere. Though I wasn't walking the coastal path I still saw choughs, ravens, stonechats and a dolphin!
