Day 7: Barcelona.

Today we went to the Sagrada Familia, somewhere that I've wanted to go for so long. And it lived up to expectations. Completely. The outside of it is impressive enough, but when you actually go inside it takes quite a while to register how amazing it is - no pictures do it justice. Everything's symbolic, and the windows are phenomenal. You can sort of see the effect in this shot, but there aren't many lights inside the church and all of the windows are a bright, different mixture of colours, so wherever you stand is entirely unique. So amazing. It's stunning to think that they aren't even close to finishing it yet.
