Centre Vale Park, Todmorden

Not a good day today - rather wet and dismal.
This is the Bandstand in Centre Vale Park, Todmorden with Stoodley Pike in the background.
The Bandstand is a rather nice Victorian affair. It was wrecked by arsonists in the late 1990's and then rebuilt to the original design in 2000. Arsonists struck again in 2005 (but a little less damage this time). It was repaired and repainted but the graffiti vandals have been at it again and it is currently fenced off.
A great shame this lovely structure has been subjected to such treatment :-(
