Bake Off

James decided that today we should have our own bake off challenge. Amy and I were the contestants. James? Well of course he took on the role of Paul Hollywood. He came around and interviewed us as we baked, gave us a few concerned looks and of course tested the goods at the end.

Amy came first with her chocolate cupcakes covered in a thick fudge sauce, with me trailing behind with my Guernsey apple cake. A great afternoon of baking fun.

Here 'Paul' very kindly stepped in to hold Amy's bowl whilst she mixed... the fact that she came first was all a fix I think!!
