Liquorice cake

I can't manage blips during my working week - it consumes pretty much my whole life leaving just a little bit that I can share with my kiddy-winks and the necessity of sleep!!

So Saturday is all about me and my family. Cake is always a gift of love and this week's offering is sticky liquorice cake!

Ginger bread (Mary Berry recipe) but with the 2 tsps of ginger replaced with 2 tsps of liquorice powder - it is absolutely lovely!
