Racing

Another race today as part of my training.

This time it was the Murieston 6k Trail Race.
I had a target time of 36 minutes in my head but managed to achieve a time of 32 minutes. Also got a PB on my 5k time.

Fast paced race and I am happy I was able to run at that pace. Overall winner won on just over 20 minutes though so still lots of room for improvement.
