Emergency Poppies

Today we put the tent away! The children have loved it this summer, it was sad to see it go back into its bag. It had been used as a picnic place, an afternoon nap centre, a dance studio, a hide and seek base, a place to build dens within a tent. A shelter from the rain and a reading room.

There is now a huge pale green circle on the lawn, Bell tents do take up a lot of space! The dogs were, in contrast delighted to see the garden without it and ran round in circles chasing each other!

The poppies were moved back onto the deck, for a small pack of seeds we have a stunning display :) here are just a few.
