It's Almost Time

This vintage Dodge won't be part of the harvest activity. Dad's old grain truck has been retired to emergency-only water truck duty for a long time. Fortunately it has never been called into service that way because the brakes are unreliable. Though my mental image of water truck and hose team circling a grass fire at full speed while trying to spray water on it amuses me it most likely wouldn't be funny in the event.
