The End of Holidays

As we cross off the penultimate day of the school holidays from our special daily planner, I find myself wondering where all the time has gone. Yes, we've done a lot of things, as our planner attests, but there were still more things we were intending to do and never got around to. Summer came at a busy time for both my husband and me at our day jobs, and so the kids had to fit around that to a greater extent than usual.
