Forever Autumn

Nana is working the late shift today so after a lazy start to the day Hugo and nana walked through the meadow, along the beach and up the old stone steps into the park where to Hugos delight he discovered that autumn is on it's way.

Autumn is Hugos favourite time of year and as sycamore seeds spiralled slowly from the trees Hugo cheerfully chased squirrels back up the trees.

They say that if wishes were horses beggars would ride but if Hugos wish came true beggars would still be walking and it would be forever autumn.
