Emergency

Discovered the shower had a leak by virtue of a dripping sound in the cupboard underneath it! Faced with a 3 day wait to get someone out we were told was good, it was either that or take a chance and call someone cold. Did the latter and they seem to have fixed it, thankfully. Never a good sign having a van like this parked outside your house - well not in my experience anyway!
