What a thrill!

The first ever Bike Oxford event, and the first three people across the START line were Moores at 0700 this morning. (Hasten to add we were not amongst the first over the FINISH line!)

Your's truly, Hannah and Andy. And despite Andy only being able to enter the 50 mile section due to a cycling injury, but finishing extremely well, a great day was had by all.

Very pleased with the times as well. Officially the 80 miles completed in 7hrs 15:44 from crossing the line to crossing it again.

On Strava, which only calculates the time you are cycling, the time to complete was 6hrs 21 with an average of 13.07mph.

Not bad for an oldie.
