Just How I Feel

Out for dinner with an athlete (KH) and his wife (AH) and their one year old daughter (S) at their place. K is also a coaching assistant and would like to focus on his coaching next year with me developing a group of athletes competing in the 800 metres. Spent some time discussing how this could be achieved as I also have another athlete (AE) who is also a coaching assistant and would like to focus on coaching next year. Next season the squad will comprise of : 100/200m group with AE, 400m group with me and an 800m group with KH: with me supporting AE and KH in their coaching role .

We got home just before midnight, realised I had no blip so took a photo of this plant, by its appearance it looks as though it is fast asleep.
