Northumberland glow

Firstly, thank you all so very much for the hearts and stars yesterday. I'm overwhelmed and very appreciative.

Beautiful weather today. We were up early and took a 5 mile looping walk over the hills above Rothbury. Glorious views. Stopped for lunch and then off to Cragside , one of our all time favourite NT properties. We joined the Rangers walk group up round the high parts of the estate. Later in the week we will go back and do some more of the walks round it and go into the house.

I think it is beer o'clock now and time to rest our weary feet.
