A quick garden shot of the Cosmos, which is still going strong though the flowers are a bit smaller than they were originally.

Not feeling great today - my digestive system started playing up yesterday and I have very little appetite. Made it to church this morning, though I did feel a bit dizzy after the service and came home rather than socialising. I expect it will sort itself out in the next couple of days!

Another warm day today, with hazy sunshine rather than cloud.
