sunshine for my soul

this seemed the appropriate photo to choose since it documents the fact that the sun was shining. this is not terribly uncommon in boston, but today it made me especially happy.

that and class was cancelled.

also - today was an absolute victory with public transportation. i was undefeated all day. it is astounding how much my mood is affected by my interactions with public.

i decided to walk home. really stroll. feel the sun on my face. observe my surroundings. capture beauty with the lens.

i had a lovely conversation with my mentor from waco and it occurred to me just how beautiful it was that we are still friends. i think she will be in my life forever. how truly wonderful is that?
