Contemplation

I have enjoyed today relaxing in the new summer house, and what a lovely day to do so as the sun has shone most of the day it has been a glorious day.

I needed a relaxing day after yesterday’s activity so am not feeling guilty at all and have watched the sun rise above the houses to shine in one side of the summer house in the morning and make its way across the sky until it dropped behind the trees at the back.

Just before shadow fell across the summer house, I caught this shot of Alex in contemplative mode and I like the contrast created by the different lighting levels. I decided to blip this shot as the weekend so far has been focussed on Becky, whose birthday is tomorrow.
