I don't think they really meant what this says!

Bit of a stressful weekend as my (pregnant) wife was rushed to hospital on Friday. After 8 hours in the hospital she was diagnosed with chronically low Feritin (iron stores).

No more work for her for a few weeks till her iron levels are back to normal.
