The views of Mont Blanc from above Ovronnaz, were so unexpected this morning. The walk I did had not been the one I intended to do as a race was about to start where I had been going to walk, to the Rambert Hut (the winner ran up 1,350m in 55 minutes apparently - amazing!)

Looking for old photos of my friend for her birthday yesterday, got me started on photo sorting. My goodness, all those expensive, rubbish photos I took, now about to go to the tip! Still better that I sort them for the grandkids, nieces and nephews, they might like photos of their young lives one day! At least they can choose which to bin more easily. Then there are the slides ..... not starting on that for another year or two!
