Tea - mixed Pakora

It has been in the post for ages, Pakora night. The house stinks afterwards but I found a new tin of Febreeze earlier so I thought why not.

The other thing is that it takes ages to cool, filter and re-bottle the oil marking it up so I know not to use it for "ordinary" (not so spicy) cooking. This time also I need to mark it that it's cooked chicken as I have a Veggie friend who wants a Pakora lesson but wouldn't appreciate meat! The dish of sauce was full when we started!! My take on Kirkie Mahal's sauce.

My favourite is the stuff at the front.

Clearly it's cauliflower. What do you mean you can't tell the difference?
