Not perfect....but a lot better........especially the diastolic reading.

Now if only I hadn't been stupid enough to be out in the Sun from 7.00 until 16.00.......perhaps I wouldn't be dehydrated and feeling fuzzy headed and weak.......and the fishing wasn't even that good............five carp and a tench.

Any way plenty of fluids and an early night and I should be back at work tomorrow.
