the morning after The Morning After
Lessons learned in producing a blip epic (or should I say Blepic?):
1. I don't really know what to say today, having been folowing a specific story for the past week.
2. It takes a bit of the spontaneity out of Blipping, having to find something to illustrate an ongoing saga each day. People doing stupid things in the park (well, in my case, more likely pigeons) doesn't quite work. However, that said...
3. It certainly adds a level of challenge trying to find something to illustrate an ongoing saga each day.
4. In some ways it also makes it easier trying to find something to illustrate an ongoing saga each day. At least you know generally what you're looking for.
5. Never trust any computer but your old faithful, trusty sidekick that you know oh-so-well. Switch to a borrowed one and something will go wrong, or everything will turn out much darker than expected, at the very least.
6. My poor little iBook is getting very old.
7. I hate mornings. Next time, it'll be The Evening After.
8. Embark on some large undertaking and invariably large obstacles will be thrown in your way - cars will blow up, and work will suddenly become much, much busier.
9. Your internet connection invariably goes out at the worst possible moment.
10. Blipfoto is full of really great people - thanks for sticking with me through all of that, and thank you all for your very kind comments and encouragement.
Ummmm, I, ah, guess that's all for today-- oh, geez - what am I gonna do for tomorrow?
You guys discuss among yourselves while I go take something to dull the pain....
