Breton culture

Day two of the festival today - it was wet early on so we did a tour of the local biscuit shops! Fortunately it brightened up later for the locals.

It was really busy - some local children in traditional costume were dancing, acting out some local story, when we arrived. There was a 'toss the bale of hay' competition for the local farmers, displays of traditional farming methods and lots of stalls selling local produce and some beautiful Breton crafts.

These ladies were very decorative - never seen real live Bretons dressed up like this before.
