Bubbles in the Park

Why do we see a human figure in these bubbles?

This figure disintegrated into smaller bubbles almost immediately that just floated away above the grass, to burst further down the park.
He used another contraption that looked like a lace of circles strung together that produced lots of littler ones. He was just utilizing soapy water and letting the light winds do the rest. A swift upward motion disengaged the bubbles.
