Niagara Falls

Arrived in Toronto today and headed straight for Niagara - the Falls certainly didn't disappoint although the surrounding area is very built up with high-rise hotels, restaurants etc. We're booked into a hotel overlooking Horseshoe falls. I could just sit at my window all day! There was a firework display on tonight but when we arrived down at the front it was torrential rain ............ or so we thought, at first ............ in reality the wind had picked up and was blowing the spray from the falls straight towards us. Quick change of plan and back to the hotel room to watch the changing light colours behind Horseshoe and an early night! We've been on the go for 20 hours now!
