Scene over the calm lake

Only 4 km to the city centre there is this calm and peaceful scene by the lake Pyhäjärvi: The city centre of the Tampere is right under the moon and to the right - just there behind the esker Pispala.

My evening bicycle trip headed tonight to find the raising moon. It felt so stunning marvellous to drive around in the warm night, under the clear sky, some +17c just before sunset, getting nicely cooler and finally a bit foggy as the dusk got darker. I really do enjoy these last warm moments of summer in this corner of the globe. It will soon get darker and cooler day by day, morning after morning, night after night... Soon it is time to go to the gym and make a bicycle ride there.

I heard some chat in radio that the low-carbohydrate diet could diminish problems with sore joints, and I think I'll give it a try. Side effect - or maybe the reason for that - can be lower one's weight, which would be just ok too. ;)
