Insanity

Is the new exercise class I took part in tonight.

And for the young generation their definition might include looking up an old school paper dictionary to take a photo of the word.

It was insane - the chances of my walk looking like a broken chicken tomorrow are very high.

It was good though - I feel alive and am thankful that I can do these crazy classes.
