Waiting

Quite foggy on the Solway this morning but within an hour of being there the sun had burnt it off. This haaf netter was waiting patiently for the tidal bore and just before we left, a couple of giant poodles from the village arrived which pleased Misty very much.

Busy afternoon cutting the grass which was full of leaves. Signs of autumn are all around. A busy few days ahead, lots of loose ends to tie up before I go south on Thursday to visit my mum who's had another fall believe it or not, but she's ok. Will stay with my sister and it will of course all be new for Misty especially when she meets my great nephew and niece who are 2 and 3 which will be interesting!
