Dinner for three people

Well that's perhaps a little confusing ... that's only my dinner on the plate, but the heading refers to the fact that my son Andri and his girlfriend Freyja have gone back home to Keflavík, after staying with us for the whole Summer. It's always a bit strange when visitors leave again, and it takes a few days to adjust. My husband cooked dinner, and when he saw the amount of Salmon I had bought, he didn't understand why I hadn't bought more fish. But now we are only 3 people for dinner, not 5, so I needn't buy more than I did, it was just the right amount.
Oh, and by the way, dinner was absolutely delicious :-)
