Night Lights

A signing ceremony at the Lowry tonight - all 10 Greater Manchester authorities signing up to the UNISDR Disaster Reduction campaign, and the 4th International conference on building resilience taking place at Media City. Speeches, the UN High Commissioner flying in from Switzerland (and back again afterwards), and late home. Took this from the balcony outside the Compass Room, fantastic view on a nice clear night.
