This is more the sort of use to which relics of the Cold War capable of transporting and delivering nuclear weapons should be put, with their armament removed and funded through means other than a defence budget. I've seen a couple of these before at the airshows I went to when I was small but had forgotten quite now loud they get, though when I was small I was probably less concerned that the poor old thing would suddenly drop out of the sky, huge wing surface area and considerable thrust notwithstanding.
