A long day!

Lucas had his first full day at school. He was ok and seemed to enjoy it. He told me that they went to a huge cafe with lots and lots and lots of tables and chairs and he ate beans! I remember thinking that the school hall was very big and when I returned to the school when jaz started I realised that it wasn't really that big at all. I guess he will do the same one day.

I didn't take it so well. I usually work from home on a Monday with my little man beside me. Today there was a little space where he usually sits to do painting etc. I guess I will get used to this quiet house. He did come running out and hugged to me all the way to the gate so that was nice. Oh and he read his first full book without jumping up and saying it is boring!
