Visting the other bridge over the Forth

We were told that there would be a flotilla of various ships coming to visit the Forth Road Bridge, in celebration of its 50th anniversary. We were a bit late in arriving but I didn't get the subsequent impression that we had missed much. Still, it was a nice day out and the kids had an ice cream.
