Semla buns

Today is "Friend's Day" in Finland, which is a bit of a different take on Valentine's Day. I like it, you can just appreciate your friends today )) Nice if you don't have a significant other. We were pretty hungover today and then two friends came round and we baked these 'laskiaispullat' as they're known in Finland. It's the Nordic/Baltic equivalent of pancakes for Shrove Tuesday!

They are filled with jam and cream! yum!
