Local Girl Makes Good

She is back and it is such fun to see her making her way in the world of the large grays. She just keeps popping up and spent quite a bit of her day at the feeder today. I do love our local red squirrels, the Douglas Squirrels. We have at least two now, a female (this one) and a male. You can see her individual whiskers in large.

We made a major decision today and began making it happen. It was very hard to decide but we realized it had to be. And I'm hoping that Arvin will join me on my weekend trip to Victoria on Friday. We shall see.
