these lovely birds seem to like the reflection of themselves too much in the window and this is the third one in a year we've found on the 'patio'. it is sad to see them as they are so very pretty when they hop about on the feeders and the trees.

each one is buried in the garden and a small stone or cross made of a peg to avoid unfortunate digging incidents...
