Supermoon 2: The Harvest Moon

To farewell summer for most of us (well most of you actually, as it will probably stay beautiful here till November!), we were treated to a second super moon tonight.

It is not quite as super as last month's, but is noticeably larger and brighter than usual, due to its close proximity to the Earth.

Either way, it heralds the end of summer and the start of the new academic year. One day down.... quite a few more to go. But all went well and it felt good to be back and in the swing of things.
