A spoonful of sugar.......

Prompted by a colleague who has made bid to cut her sugar intake I decided on a whim this morning to cut sugar from my drinks for a while and see how I get on. Given I can be a 3-4 cup-a-day girl it starts to mount up. It was an interesting start to the day having to brace myself for my unsweetened coffee but I survived ok ;)

Year 12 Big Day Out today - a day run by Year 12's for Year 12's to begin the process of molding them into a cohesive group of Year 13 leaders next year. Desipte looking very grey early on it turned into a beautiful spring day which certainly added to the atmosphere.
