Summer Pudding

I've never made one before but remembered having one on holiday at a farm in the Cotswolds when I was a child. It must have made a big impression on me so I can't understand why it has taken me another 30 years plus before trying one myself. I know it will putting in another appearance next year. :). Oh by the way I'm quite impressed with the taste as well.
