Newcastle life

Term begins

The leaves are turning golden and the commute to work is busier with the school run. Now the city is filling up with fresh new faces from around the world, here to start University. I went to the university today and waiting in line with people mainly wearing shorts, trendy glasses and all sorts of piercings. They all looked suspiciously young to me. I don't remember looking that young when I started university 12 years ago. I am not sure how I would
have gone to university with the new inflated tuition fees. I am all signed up and paid up to start my Masters. Its just part-time, as I'll still be working and training full-time too so it'll take the next 3 years.
I walked through the old part of Newcastle University and took a photo to blip. This part is really beautiful. I remember coming here with my dad when I was a kid. He was a mature university student and his results were displayed on a board under those archways for everyone to see! These days its nerve wracking enough checking your results online.

No blipping recently due to lack of internet. I am having blip withdrawal symptoms! ;)
