Cake

Yesterday in my journal I mentioned a carrot and walnut cake, which I purchased from the Marks and Spencer shop on the Addenbrookes concourse. Today’s blip is of the cake just before eating a slice. It tasted good for a gluten-free cake, although how authentic it is to a ‘normal’ carrot cake, I cannot say, having never eaten a ‘normal’ one.
