Trees

Trees on Arnside Knott. These trees are often photographed, because they are there, sticking out on the side of the hill.

Joined the RSPB. Hurray.
Realised that my kit zoom lens wasn't up to the job. Long enough, but not sharp enough where it matters. Plus, the photographers maxim of move closer rather than buy another lens doesn't work if you are sitting in a bird hide surrounded by marshland.
As previously mentioned I haven't joined to photograph birds, but would be nice to occasionally have a sharply focused duck flapping around in the corner of a shot.....
