The Retrieve

We were sitting around the campsite when the neighbor came strolling over. "Hey, does your grandson want to watch my dog do some jumping into the lake?"

The grandson wasn't that interested, but Grandpa was. Nothing like dogs jumping into water, swimming back, and then doing that fabulous shake.

Merrick was real good camping. On the two pontoon rides, he was the only one who would get into the water. (Too cold for me.)
