Moon Shadow
I was determined to shoot the moon tonight - I really should have taken it last night as the light was wonderful. It was so cloudy tonight the moon was not visible when it rose but late in the evening the clouds thinned out. It was such a difficult exercise as the clouds were whizzing past and changing the conditions within seconds. I wanted to try to capture some of the clouds but it was virtually impossible at the rate they were moving. (I actually find straight moon shots a bit boring even though I appreciate the difficulty and skill involved). The only thing I didn´t try was a high ISO which may have helped to use a faster shutter speed but I didn´t want a grainy image either.
